DELIVERY INFO

We offer an awesome delivery service by partnering with a reputable courier to deliver your order directly to your door. This allows you to shop anywhere, at any time at your convenience. WE DELIVER FREE all over South Africa On ALL orders over R500. If your order value is less than R500, the delivery fee will be confirmed at the final order confirmation stage.
We have a central warehouse in George, this allows us to get your order out ASAP, between 3 – 5 working days, except during Sales and Special Events when Delivery may take up to 10 working days. If we anticipate longer delays, we will let you know. All orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.

Deliveries are only made to valid addresses within South Africa, on business days only.
You or a person authorised to accept delivery on your behalf must be available during normal business hours at the delivery address specified in the Order Confirmation (“Delivery Address“). Any person accepting delivery of the Products may be required to produce a form of identification.
If we are unable to deliver your order within 15 days of your receipt of an Order Confirmation, we will contact you and either process a refund immediately or arrange the delivery of another product, of the same value.

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details, as well as a tracking number.
